Warranty and Returns
Legal Warranty
All refurbished products sold by Zoca include a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt by the customer. This warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects and incurs no additional cost for the customer, including return shipping. You can manage any issues via our customer service form.
Warranty Conditions
- The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing or functional defects not caused by incorrect use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
- If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with an identical or equivalent item. If a higher-end option is offered, the customer may choose it by paying the price difference. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- The warranty does not cover: damages from viruses or software, hardware tampering, internal alterations, breakage due to misuse or improper transport, or wear of consumable parts (such as batteries, fans, etc.).
- When applicable, manufacturer commercial warranties will be considered to expedite resolution.
Limitations
Any damage caused by misuse or product modification is not considered a manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before any technical intervention, as its preservation cannot be guaranteed.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days without providing any reason. The period expires 15 days from the date you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly and unequivocally notify us of your decision, either through our customer service form, by email, or by postal mail. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the deadline expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs from choosing a shipping method other than the most economical offered).
- The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision.
- We will use the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise. No charges will be applied for the refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Product Returns
- You must return or deliver the goods without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
- The deadline is considered met if the return is made before the period expires.
- Zoca will cover the direct cost of returning the products.
- You will only be responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- If the product shows damage from misuse or accessories are missing, we may deduct their value from the refund.
