At Zoca, we offer national and international shipping under the following conditions:

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days without providing any reason. The period will expire 15 days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly and unequivocally notify us of your decision, either through our customer service form, by email, or by postal mail. You can write to us at Zoca, 15165 Polígono Industrial Bergondo R7, A Coruña, by email at rma@zoca.es, or call 981 975 621. Using a specific form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

• We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the standard one offered).
• The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision.
• We will use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In no case will you incur any costs due to the refund.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Return of Products

• You must return or deliver the goods without undue delay, no later than 15 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw.
• Return costs will be borne by Zoca.
• You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
