User support via contact form and/or email

Purpose: We will process only the data strictly necessary to manage your request.

Legal Basis: Mutual legitimate interest. In case of claims, compliance with legal obligations. If the contact is related to a purchase, contract execution.

Retention: As long as necessary to respond and until potential liability expires.

Managing website user registration

Purpose: Identify you as a registered user and grant access to the corresponding benefits.

Legal Basis: User consent.

Retention: Until you unregister as a user. See section “5. Rights”.

To fulfil the purchase contract of services and/or products

Purpose: Manage the purchase and service provision, including payments, returns, and storing card data for future purchases.

Legal Basis: Contract execution. For card storage, your consent. Legitimate interest also exists to prevent fraud.

Retention: As long as necessary to manage the purchase and related obligations. Card data will be kept until you delete it.

Purpose: Participation in recruitment processes.

Legal Basis: Consent by accepting the privacy policy.

Retention: 1 year. Afterwards, it will be destroyed.

For marketing purposes

Purpose: Sending personalised information about products or services.

Legal Basis: Your consent.

Retention: Until you decide to unsubscribe. You can do so by writing to administracion@grupodigalco.com.

Use of social networks

Data processed on social networks is governed by each network’s privacy policies. Comments or “likes” will be visible to other users. You may delete or modify your content, and if you wish us to do it on your behalf, you can contact us via private message or at administracion@grupodigalco.com.
