Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason and at no cost.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify us by means of an unequivocal statement, for example through:

It is not mandatory to use a specific form, but you may download one if you wish from the same support section. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the notification to be sent before it expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
- We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs.
- The reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date we receive your request, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
Conditions for returns
- Products must be returned without undue delay, within a maximum period of 15 days from notification.
- All transport costs are borne by Zoca.
- A deduction will only be made if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its functioning.
- If the product shows damage due to improper use or is missing accessories, we may deduct their value from the reimbursement
Legal warranty
All our refurbished products include a legal warranty of 12 months from delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, repair or replacement of components, and technical labour.
You can process a warranty claim from your customer area by accessing My account > Support.
Warranty conditions
- The warranty does not cover software, viruses, damage caused by knocks, overheating, liquids or internal modifications.
- Repairs will be carried out exclusively at our centres. On-site repairs are not provided.
- Some components may have specific conditions detailed on each product page.
- Zoca covers all transport costs for processing the warranty.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is carried out once payment has been confirmed, with an estimated delivery time of 24–48 working hours for destinations within mainland Spain. The specific delivery date is shown on each product page. We offer both national and international delivery services, with conditions that may vary depending on the destination country.
Please make sure to visually inspect the package before signing the delivery note. In the event of damage to the packaging, record it on the receipt or refuse the parcel if in doubt. This will facilitate any subsequent claim with the carrier.
Payment methods
You can make payment through secure gateways integrated into our system. The available methods are:
- Bank card (VISA / Mastercard) via the Redsys platform.
- PayPal, with full security from your personal account.
- Bank transfer: you will receive the pro forma invoice by email with the necessary details.
Under no circumstances do we have access to or store your bank details. The entire payment process is carried out on external platforms under encrypted (SSL) connection.
