What is refurbished?
A refurbished unit is professional hardware that is checked, tested and tuned to be used again with guarantees: diagnosis, replacement or adjustment of components when appropriate, technical cleaning, clean installation of the system and validation with tests. It is not “second‑hand as is”: it is delivered ready to use, with quality control and warranty coverage.

At Zoca, we sell refurbished products, not standard second-hand items. Each device undergoes diagnostics, validation, refurbishment and technical cleaning and is delivered ready to use, with a 12-month warranty and in-house support. It depends on the model and the licence available. We deliver the unit with the OS preinstalled and updated when applicable (for example, Windows 10/11 Pro or Linux). On compatible units, the Windows licence activates when connecting to the Internet. Each product page clearly indicates the system included.
We show real photos and, when applicable, a 360º video of the unit or a representative sample of the same batch. The images reflect the real finish (screen, lid, sides and ports) so you can buy with enough information.
Covers hardware defects for 12 months. We take care of collection, diagnosis and repair or replacement. For laptops, the battery is covered according to the minimum guaranteed condition indicated in the listing.
